Warranty and Support Guide
The New/Refurbished equipment that we sell is covered by our warranty, Most of the Product we sell online is Under our Warranty for 1 Months or else described in the product. The duration of the warranty will depend on the unit you have purchased and any options you have added. Our standard warranty for all models is 30 Days from date of receipt (unless your online order clearly states a longer period or no Warranty).
No change in the warranty is valid unless it is made in writing and signed by our authorized Service partner representative. There is no onsite warranty support. Only carry in warranty support.
Warranty Terms
- All products sold by us carry only carry-in warranty. Shipping charges (To & Fro) to service center has to be bear by the customer.
- Where the words “Seller Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Seller.
- We request the customer to send the copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes always when there is a service problem for products. Shipping will be paid by the customer for the same.
- Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition.
- Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions.
- Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product.
- Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturers warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service centre, then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details.
- Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.
- We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing.
- Any service litigations or problems have to address directly to manufacturers/distributor/company direct dealer address only. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof.
- Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.
- Under the terms, only carry-in service is available for your product, you will be required to deliver your Comsri Corporation Hardware Product to an authorized service location for warranty repair. No onsite support will be extended.
- This warranty is only valid in India and the products are not eligible for any international warranty service. Warranty service may only be performed by Comsri Corporation authorized service partner.
- Comsri Corporation warrants that the products that you have purchased from Comsri.com are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase from Comsri.com. The warranty will be validated through hardware serial number and various seals. You are entitled to hardware warranty service according to the terms and conditions of this document if a repair is required within the limited warranty period.
- Comsri Corporation may repair or replace products with new or previously used products or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with equivalent products to an original product.
- Replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship and warranty on replaced unit/part will be for the remainder of the original warranty period as per invoice of the Comsri Corporation Hardware Product they are repairing.
- During the Warranty Period, Comsri Corporation will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component. All component parts or hardware products removed under this warranty become the property of Comsri Corporation.

- Water Damage
- In Any Seal Found Tampered
- There is not Proper Video of Unboxing
- The product is not used as mentioned in the owner’s manual.
- Modification of Hardware and Operating System.
- As a result of accident, misuse, abuse, contamination, improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration, or other external causes.
- Operating outside the usage parameters stated in the user documentation that was shipped with the product.
- Software, interfacing, parts, or supplies not supplied by Comsri.com
- Virus infection.
- Loss or damage in transit.
- This warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts and does not extend to any product from which the serial number has been removed or that has been damaged or rendered defective.
Damage caused by attempts at self-repair or a non-authorized service provider
Failure or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or use not in accordance with the product information guide
Failure of, or damage caused by, any third-party products
- Defects and damages due to fire, water, short circuit or a natural disaster
Damage to connectors or ports
- Modification or service by anyone other than Comsri,
- Comsri Corporation authorized service providers. The warranty is limited to the repair of defect or replacement of the part. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Comsri Corporation authorized service partners only. If a repair is attempted by anyone other than Comsri Corporation authorized service partners, the warranty will be void.

One Months Comprehensive Warranty
Our products are proud. We offer 1 Month of comprehensive labour warranty with all of our products which means you don’t have to worry to use our product.
If your machine breaks down in 6 months, you will pay for the parts but not for fix it or services so labour charges, service charges will be free.
How to Claim Warranty
To Claim Warranty first step is to always Unbox your product while recording it with Camera or else like got different item or damaged item or dead item will not be entertained. There are several seals on your product if anyone of them will be tempered all the warranty will be violated. There is no warranty of the Display as they are fragile in nature it is only on motherboard and related circuit components.

In some cases where original manufacturer’s warranty exists it may be resolvable with them, we will of course assist you with any information you may require and will contact them on your behalf.
In the first 2 days (Dead on Arrival DOA period) we will collect the unit from you via courier. After this period the cost of returning any item will fall to the buyer. If you are not able to send it back yourself we offer a collection service for Rs.600 (which is the cost of the collection service from our courier). In all cases you must ensure that your unit is packaged safely.
All units will be returned to you free of charge.
Comsri Corporation Warranty Process
- Unit is sent/collected and sent back to Comsri Corporation.
- Unit is received at Comsri Corporation
- Unit is processed for Repair or Replacement whatever necessary.
- Unit is sent back to you.
- All this process takes about 15 Days it may take less or more depend on your order and your location.
Please note days are given to set your expectation; it is entirely possible we will turn around your repair within a few working days.
