- Generally your product will be delivered between 2 to 7 working days.
- We do provide PAN India shipping with our logistics partners, but if your pincode is not in the service region, we try to ship with alternate courier option on prepaid orders. If we do not see any possibility of shipping, then your order will be cancelled and full refund will be given.

- All packaging boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If after receiving the shipment, your product arrives in broken form or it is not functioning properly or dead, kindly contact us with your order id, we will take appropriate action (replacement) will be made. Kindly do the unboxing video recording while opening package for proof.
- Shipping cost for orders from comsri.com is free. We do not charge anything extra in the name of shipping fees.
- All orders are dispatched with free transit insurance to protect your order from damage or pilferage.
- We also provide images and video recordings of original packages to your mobile and email before shipping.
