Seller offers Shipping for all the products intended to be sold online on the Website/App. However, the packaging of the product depends on the Category of the Products purchased by the Buyers. Terms of shipping or packaging will be governed by this Term of sale or the Seller’s policy, which may be changed by the Seller without any notice to you.
All the Products are governed by the terms of warranties provided by the respective manufacturer/ brands and subject to the Seller’s Warranty. However, in case any product is covered under the Seller’s warranty, it shall be specifically mentioned in the product details.
We ensure that your order will be safely delivered at your place within promised timeline. It is hereby informed "Comsri" is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturer.

I/We hereby certify that my/our registration certificate under the GST Act 1959 is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in this Bill / Cash memo / Invoice has been affected by me / us in the regular course of my/our business.

Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Once invoice made cannot be modified or cancelled for any reasons thereof.

The item is tested for physical damage at the point of sale and the company is not liable for the physical damage of item anymore. It is also the duty of the buyer to immediately check at the counter physical condition of the purchased goods. All goods are consigned at buyer’s risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage or pilferage in transit.

Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leaves our warehouse.

We provide proper GST invoice against all the products which we sell, we do not sell product without GST invoice. If you need your company's GST No. on the invoice then kindly mention the same in the comment box which you can find while ordering, also you will need to provide the 3 pages of GST certificate of your company for GST invoice.

If the order is cancelled by the buyer then both side shipping charges (if product is already shipped) and the 2% payment gateway charges/convenience (if applicable) will be deducted from the order amount. If the buyer opts for refund, then it will be initiated once we receive the product in same condition as we have shipped.

Any products purchased from us for any special usage in abnormal environment i.e. Other than normal usage should be informed to us at the time of purchase otherwise the warranty is void and null.

No Customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of terms & conditions.

For "Dead on Arrival" products buyer needs to make sure that all the parts and accessories of the product should be there in the box which comes with it, failing will result non acceptance as DOA case and will be treated as RMA.

Physical damage / mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers - do not cover warranty.

Comsri has the rights to cancel any orders related to price or stock issues.

The court at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale contract.

Warranty Terms

Warranty and Support Guide

The New/Refurbished equipment that we sell is covered by our warranty, Most of the Product we sell online is Under our Warranty for 1 Months or else described in the product. The duration of the warranty will depend on the unit you have purchased and any options you have added. Our standard warranty for all models is 30 Days from date of receipt (unless your online order clearly states a longer period or no Warranty). No change in the warranty is valid unless it is made in writing and signed by our authorized Service partner representative. There is no onsite warranty support. Only carry in warranty support.

Warranty Terms

All products sold by us carry only carry-in warranty. Shipping charges (To & Fro) to service center has to be bear by the customer.

Where the words “Seller Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned it means warranty is direct by Manufacturer / Seller.

We request the customer to send the copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes always when there is a service problem for products. Shipping will be paid by the customer for the same.

Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair / replacement only if they are in good physical condition.

Products with broken / burnt pins, pen / pencil markings, cracks, missing / tampered components / warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void in above conditions.

Warranty clause stand void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment for any reasons causing damage of the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc., on the basis that under normal condition there would have been no damage of the product.

Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturers warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service centre, then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details.

Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer/ supplier warranty policy.

We reserve the right to reject material received for warranty without accessories, manuals, Software CD’s / DVD’s & outer box packing.

Any service litigations or problems have to address directly to manufacturers/distributor/company direct dealer address only. We are not responsible for any litigation thereof.

Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.

Under the terms, only carry-in service is available for your product, you will be required to deliver your Comsri Corporation Hardware Product to an authorized service location for warranty repair. No onsite support will be extended.

This warranty is only valid in India and the products are not eligible for any international warranty service. Warranty service may only be performed by Comsri Corporation authorized service partner.

Comsri Corporation warrants that the products that you have purchased from Comsri.com are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase from Comsri.com. The warranty will be validated through hardware serial number and various seals. You are entitled to hardware warranty service according to the terms and conditions of this document if a repair is required within the limited warranty period.

Comsri Corporation may repair or replace products with new or previously used products or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with equivalent products to an original product.

Replacement parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship and warranty on replaced unit/part will be for the remainder of the original warranty period as per invoice of the Comsri Corporation Hardware Product they are repairing.

During the Warranty Period, Comsri will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component. All component parts or hardware products removed under this warranty become the property of Comsri Corporation.

This warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts and does not extend to any product from which the serial number has been removed or that has been damaged or rendered defective.
Damage caused by attempts at self-repair or a non-authorized service provider
Failure or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or use not in accordance with the product information guide
Failure of, or damage caused by, any third-party products
Defects and damages due to fire, water, short circuit or a natural disaster
Damage to connectors or ports
Modification or service by anyone other than Comsri Corporation,
Comsri authorized service providers. The warranty is limited to the repair of defect or replacement of the part. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Comsri Corporation authorized service partners only. Our products are proud. We offer One Month of comprehensive labour warranty with all of our products which means you don’t have to worry to use our product. If your machine breaks down in 6 Months, you will pay for the parts but not for fix it or services so labour charges, service charges will be free.

How to Claim Warranty

To Claim Warranty first step is to always Unbox your product while recording it with Camera or else like got different item or damaged item or dead item will not be entertained. There are several seals on your product if anyone of them will be tempered all the warranty will be violated. If you have a problem please contact us as soon as possible with your order number (or the email address you used to order if you can’t find it) . We are able to resolve many problems over the phone, or by remotely accessing your computer, Please just contact us on.

In some cases where original manufacturer’s warranty exists it may be resolvable with them, we will of course assist you with any information you may require and will contact them on your behalf.

In the first 2 days (Dead on Arrival DOA period) we will collect the unit from you via courier. After this period the cost of returning any item will fall to the buyer. If you are not able to send it back yourself we offer a collection service for Rs.600 (which is the cost of the collection service from our courier). In all cases you must ensure that your unit is packaged safely. All units will be returned to you free of charge.

In the event we are not able to repair any fault we will replace your machine with the same or higher specification.

Before shipping / delivering your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. Returns and Refund Policy

If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 2% of the order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal restocking charge of 10% of the order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

No Cancellation/Exchange on Pre-Order products and orders made during special deal/offers/occasions/clearance sale with special discounts.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

Not all products are covered under Return Policy unless it is mention on the product.

A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

You must return the Product’s in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a refund (Charges will be deducted if applicable). There are many Seals on the body of the computer item and other electronics item if any one of them will be tempered than all the warranty will be violated.

We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.

We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery of the order.

We may/will not accept your request for cancellation in case any particular feature is missing in that model.

We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

Dead on arrival claim should be only allowed when you have the unboxing video of the Product.

Product damaged due to any means or water damage or short circuit will not be refunded or exchanged.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process.

We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

The refund will be processed after our engineers inspect the returned device and certify that the device is in the condition as it is shipped, unused, and with original invoice.

Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order

Conditions for return:

Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Shipping Policy

When you order a product from comsri.com, Your product is generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after your payment is confirmed and are shipped via our logistics partners with tracking notifications to your email address. We will provide you a link to track your product online.

We do provide PAN India shipping with our logistics partners, but if your pincode is not in the service region, we try to ship with alternate courier option on prepaid orders. If we do not see any possibility of shipping, then your order will be cancelled and full refund will be given.

You can track your package via courier tracking link or visiting our portal https://comsri.com/track-order/ page mentioning the order number and email details.

All packaging boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If after receiving the shipment, your product arrives in broken form or it is not functioning properly or dead, kindly contact us with your order id, we will take appropriate action (replacement) will be made. Kindly do the unboxing video recording while opening package for proof.

Shipping cost for orders from comsri.com is free. We do not charge anything extra in the name of shipping fees.

All orders are dispatched with free transit insurance to protect your order from damage or pilferage.
We also provide images and video recordings of original packages to your mobile and email before shipping.

Please do not accept the package if it is opened or box is damaged.
