- If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 2% of the order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal restocking charge of 10% of the order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
- No Cancellation/Exchange on Pre-Order products and orders made during special deal/offers/occasions/clearance sale with special discounts.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- Not all products are covered under Return Policy unless it is mention on the product.
- A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
- You must return the Product’s in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a refund (Charges will be deducted if applicable). There are many Seals on the body of the computer item and other electronics item if any one of them will be tempered than all the warranty will be violated.
- We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
- We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 24 hours from the date of delivery of the order.
- We may/will not accept your request for cancellation in case any particular feature is missing in that model.
- We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.
- Dead on arrival claim should be only allowed when you have the unboxing video of the Product.
- Product damaged due to any means or water damage or short circuit will not be refunded or exchanged.
- There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process.
- We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained.
- In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- The refund will be processed after our engineers inspect the returned device and certify that the device is in the condition as it is shipped, unused, and with original invoice.
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order
Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
