At Comsri Corporation, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every refurbished laptop, desktop, and accessory you purchase from us meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and replacement policy ensures a simple, transparent, and customer-friendly process.
To qualify for a return, replacement, or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, cords, adaptors, manuals, and documentation.

The item must be undamaged, in good working condition, and unaltered — no hardware or software modifications should have been made.

You must initiate the return within 10 days from the date of product delivery.

In case of a refund, it will be processed to your original mode of payment within 72 hours of receiving the returned product at our facility.

Reverse pickup will be arranged by us for eligible products.

All product categories, including Refurbished / Used, are covered under this policy.

The return shipping cost will be borne by Comsri Corporation.
Our return process is simple and transparent:
Step 1:
Contact us via email at support@comsri.com or call our customer care number +91 8601-899-899 to raise a return or replacement request.
Step 2:
Share your Order ID, the reason for return, and a clear photo or video of the product showing the issue, if applicable.
Step 3:
Once your return request is approved, our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
To ensure safe return and prevent transit damage, please follow these steps:

Use the original packaging provided with the product whenever possible.

Wrap the product securely using bubble wrap or protective material.

Place the item inside a sturdy box with padding to minimize movement.

Label the package clearly as FRAGILE to ensure careful handling by the courier.

Once the returned product is received at our facility:

Our quality inspection team will evaluate the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

The inspection process may take 3–4 business days after receipt of the product.

Upon approval, your refund or replacement will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
If the product fails inspection (for example, showing signs of damage, tampering, or missing parts), the return or refund request may be declined.
You can cancel your order before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Once the cancellation request is confirmed, your order will be canceled, and the refund (if prepaid) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
In rare situations, Comsri Corporation may initiate an order cancellation due to:

Product out of stock or discontinued

Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website

Suspicion of fraudulent activity or payment issues

Invalid or incomplete shipping address

Any unforeseen operational issues
If your order is canceled by us, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
Once your returned item is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
