Comsri Corporation is engaged in the business of selling Refurbished, and Used Laptops, Desktops, as well as purchasing used IT equipment.
Our Website acts as a platform for customers to browse, purchase, and request services online.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any part of the Website or our services at any time without prior notice. Comsri Corporation will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of its services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We sell Refurbished, and Used IT products that are professionally tested, verified, and restored to good working condition.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our Website are for reference purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, usage, or stock variations.

Each product may come with a testing warranty or limited warranty (as mentioned in the product description). We do not claim the original manufacturer’s warranty unless specifically stated.

We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, but errors may occur. In case of an incorrect price or inaccurate information, Comsri Corporation reserves the right to modify or cancel an order at its sole discretion.

If an order is canceled after payment, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account as per our Refund Policy.

We offer delivery Only in Mumbai through trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, strikes, or courier delays) will not be considered a breach of contract.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we may request an alternate address.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package before accepting it; any visible damage must be reported immediately.

We only accept returns or replacements if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described and if reported within the allowed time frame.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period after product inspection.

All refurbished products sold by Comsri Corporation come with a limited testing or replacement warranty, which may range from 15 days to 6 months, depending on the product.
Warranty terms are clearly mentioned on each product page. The warranty covers functional issues but not physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized tampering.

All refurbished products are sold in “as is” condition after quality testing.
We make every effort to ensure product reliability but cannot guarantee new-like condition.

Comsri Corporation may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Website at its sole discretion without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties. The arbitration venue shall be Mumbai, and proceedings will be conducted in English.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
