At Comsri Corporation, we strive to deliver your refurbished products safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver all orders placed through our official website or authorized sales channels.

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through Comsri Corporation’s official website or physical store. Orders purchased from other platforms or resellers are subject to the respective seller’s shipping and return policies.
Order Processing Time
Standard Processing Time:
All confirmed orders are processed within 6–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders received after business hours will be processed the next working day.Verification Delays:
In some cases, additional time may be required for order verification, address confirmation, or payment authorization.
Customers will be notified via email or phone if such delays occur.
Shipping Duration
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 6–7 working days after dispatch
Non-Metro Cities: 7–14 working days after dispatch
Remote/Outstation Locations: 15–20 working days (depending on courier availability)
Delays Beyond Control:
Delivery timelines may extend due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or courier-related issues. Comsri Corporation will make every effort to inform you in case of such delays.
Shipping Partners
Comsri Corporation works with trusted courier and logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery service across India.
All shipments include a tracking number that will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹10,000 across Only in Mumbai.Nominal Charges:
For orders below ₹10,000, a small shipping fee of ₹199–₹499 may apply, depending on the product type and delivery location.Express Shipping (Optional):
Customers who require expedited delivery may request express shipping at an additional cost (subject to service availability in their area).
Packaging and Handling
All products are securely packed and sealed using industry-standard materials to ensure protection during transit.
Refurbished products undergo strict quality checks and safe packaging before shipment.
Accessories, chargers, and cables (if included) are packed separately to prevent damage.
Comsri Corporation is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier’s official website or through our Order Tracking page on the Comsri Corporation website.
Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery up to two (2) times at the provided shipping address.
If delivery fails after two attempts, the shipment will be returned to Comsri Corporation’s warehouse.
Re-shipping may incur additional charges borne by the customer.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address.
Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and verify that it is properly sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
We strongly advise customers to record a short unboxing video or take clear photos while inspecting the package. This serves as valid proof in case of damage, missing accessories, or incorrect product claims.
If the product appears damaged, tampered, or not matching your order, do not accept the delivery and immediately report the issue to our support team at support@comsricorporation.com along with the video or photo evidence.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged or defective product
A wrong product
Or if any accessories are missing
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at support@comsricorporation.com with:
Order ID
Product photos/videos showing the issue
Unboxing video (if available)
Our support team will review the case and arrange for repair, or reshipment as applicable under our warranty and return policy.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received:
Contact our support team within 24 hours of the marked delivery date.
We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.
Replacement or refund will be processed only after official confirmation from the courier that the package is lost or undelivered.
Change of Address After Dispatch
Once the product is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
If you need to update the address before dispatch, contact our support team immediately.
Any re-routing charges applied by the courier will be borne by the customer.
Force Majeure
Comsri Corporation shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
